At ArsenalDaily, we are passionate about delivering accurate, timely, and fair coverage of Arsenal Football Club for fellow Gooners worldwide. We value your feedback — whether it’s praise, suggestions, or concerns. If something on our site doesn’t meet your expectations, we want to hear about it so we can improve.

How to Make a Complaint

We aim to resolve all complaints quickly and fairly. Please contact us using one of the following methods:

  1. Email (preferred) Send your complaint to: [email protected] Please include:
    • Your full name (or username if you comment on the site)
    • The date and approximate time of the issue
    • A clear description of your complaint (e.g., inaccurate information, offensive content, broken link, etc.)
    • The specific article/page URL (if applicable)
    • Any supporting evidence/screenshots (optional but very helpful)
  2. Contact Form Use the “Contact Us” form on the website → select “Complaints” as the subject.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours (usually much sooner).

What Happens Next?

  • All complaints are reviewed by a senior member of our team.
  • We aim to provide a full response within 7 working days. In complex cases, we may need up to 14 working days — we will keep you updated if this is the case.
  • We will investigate the issue thoroughly, check facts, and take appropriate action where necessary. This may include:
    • Correcting or updating content
    • Removing inappropriate material
    • Issuing an apology (where warranted)
    • Improving our internal processes

What We Cannot Do

  • We are an independent fan site and not affiliated with Arsenal Football Club, the Premier League, UEFA, or any official body. We cannot influence club decisions, player selections, transfers, or disciplinary matters.
  • We are not responsible for third-party content (e.g., embedded videos, ads, or linked sites). Complaints about these should be directed to the relevant third party.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint by replying to our email or contacting us again with additional details. We will review the matter at a higher level.

Anonymous Complaints

We accept anonymous complaints, but it is much harder for us to provide a detailed reply or follow up. If you choose to remain anonymous, please provide as much detail as possible.

Commitment to Fairness

We take all complaints seriously and handle them in good faith. Abusive, threatening, or repeated vexatious complaints may result in no further response and possible restriction of access to the site.
